Documentary landscape photography from South Los Angeles. 2023-2024
This set of photographs was created from late 2023 to summer of 2024 in South Los Angeles. It's one of the largest parts of the city as well as one of the least documented. As a result, the outside world (and many L.A. residents) have an inaccurate view of what life is like here even though it's neighborhoods figure prominently in popular culture.
